About Me
Dan MacDonald

I am a landscape photographer from Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. For over a decade, I photographed sports at various levels, photographed recitals for two of Moncton's youth dance companies, and provided sports and editorial services to media and government. My current work concentrates on rural and coastal landscapes within the Maritime provinces. I have also taught introductory photography since 2011.

Website Updates (January 2026)

I've made a change to my website and email addresses.

Domain Name Change

macdonald-photography.ca

In light of recent political tensions I've decided to switch the domain name suffix of this website from .COM to .CA. This change better reflects my Canadian identity and pride in my Canadian heritage. The old website address - www.macdonald-photography.com - remains valid but it will redirect here. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.

New Email Address

info@macdonald-photography.ca

The new domain name also requires a new email address. As with the domain name, the only change is the switch from .com to .ca. The old email address - info@macdonald-photography.com - still works and you can still use it to contact me. However, I would appreciate it if you could update the address in your contact lists.
